Local Pickup

In-studio pickup is available.

Please choose "local pickup" as an option at checkout and then send an email to joancarolinestudio@gmail.com to arrange a day and time.

General Shipping Information

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Kelowna, British Columbia within 3-7 business days.

A delivery carrier that best suits each piece and shipping location is chosen, so the carrier may vary.

High volume seasons (ex. Christmas) may take an additional 2-3 days.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping to the USA and International

Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

Shipping to the USA and other international destinations may take longer than usual. In general, you can expect to receive your order within 10 to 15 business days when shipping to the USA, and up to 20 business days for international orders.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.

If your order is time-sensitive, please include a message when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
